We have programmed in the XQuery language for over 5 years and have done both back-end and front-end XQuery development work. We are expert in XQuery, Search, XCC, XQsync and several other MarkLogic development methodologies. We have also done a good amount of training in the XQuery language, but find it is better to train someone when we have a project to work on together as a group.
Remember that with any query language, but more so with XQuery, one character off can make the difference between a 120 second query and a 10 millisecond query. Tuning of XQuery is very difficult and we have helped many companies tune their applications.
