The HA in 24x7 HA Inc. stands for High Availability! When the company was first formed we wanted to provide software and services not only with HA in mind, but provide High Availability across the enterprise. It in our corporate DNA to provide services and applications that have HA built-in.

Since the industry has grown and most hardware/software vendors have HA built in to the software we have simply continued to use the methodology in everything we do.

HA needs to be both designed and developed into a product. Many times we are asked to evaluate an online 24x7 application and find that the core is not capable of HA for its customer. This typically comes from the designer and developers having HA as a secondary thought and requirement. When the application goes online they then try to "harden" it for HA. It's too late then! HA needs to be designed from the start and specified in the development strategy.

Having uptime problems?

If you are having problems with uptime you need our HA assessment to define where your problems are and what needs to be done. During our assessment of your systems, services and infrastructure we identify the largest problems, and then order them from easiest to hardest to fix. This allows you to have your employees, or ours, to produce results in the shortest time possible to ensure your customer satisfaction. Many times we can address the easiest of the problems and see dramatic results in uptime hence giving us time to evaluate the harder problems.

Developing a new application

Many of our current customers use us to evaluate new designs and application before they are developed. All our customers have very good IT groups, but having an impartial, outside person evaluate a design before your company spends time developing it is simply good business, and makes sense. This also allows us to have insight into your project and if you need extra resources at a later date you can employ us easier to augment your staff.
